Our AI tools generate content based on algorithms. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it for business, legal, or other important decisions. C-Tech Ai Creations is not liable for actions taken based on AI output.

6. Intellectual Property

a) Ours: All software, models, code, branding, and content provided by C-Tech Ai Creations remains our property.

b) Yours: You retain ownership of the prompts and original content you provide. By using our services, you grant us a license to use your inputs to provide and improve our services.

7. Payments and Refunds

If we offer paid products, all fees are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via third-party processors. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C-Tech Ai Creations will not be liable for any lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.
